Three Card Poker is a fast-paced casino game where players compete against the dealer to get the best possible card combination. This variation of the well-known game of poker utilizes a standard 52-card deck. In the game, players are dealt three cards and they can either bet on the strength of their cards or fold, forfeiting their stake. The dealer also deals three cards to themselves, which are hidden from the players.
The dealer must have a Queen-high hand or better for the game to proceed. If the dealer does not have this hand, the players are automatically paid out even money on their Ante bets. If the dealer does have the required hand, the player’s cards are compared to the dealer’s cards and the best hand wins. The dealer must always abide by the house rules and draw when they have less than a Queen-high hand or stand when they have queen-high or better.
Players can also make a separate Pair Plus wager, in which they are paid out a set amount if they have at least a pair or better. The payouts for the Pair Plus bets can vary according to the casino's rules.
