Roulette is one of the most popular and well-known casino games in the world and it is no exception in Morocco. The game is played in the same way online and offline, but the main difference is that the online version of the game is operated by a random number generator (RNG) while the physical version of the game is operated by a real dealer.
In Moroccan roulette, the wheel is divided into 37 pockets - numbered 0 to 36. The 0 on the wheel represents the house edge. On the wheel there are 18 black pockets, 18 red pockets and one green zero pocket. The croupier spins the wheel and throws the ball in the opposite direction, and the ball lands in one of the pockets. To play the game, players have to place their bets on the table.
To start the game, players must choose a number, group of numbers, color of the pocket (red or black) or even/odd numbers. There are also several side bet variations that players can place. These include bets on high numbers (19 - 36) or low numbers (1 - 18), columns, corners, streets and so on. The amount that a player can win depends on the type of bet they have placed.
