Three Card Poker is an exciting version of poker, largely due to its simplicity. The game is played by two players, the dealer and the player. The objective of the game is to win the whole pot by having a better hand than the dealer. Three Card Poker is played with a regular 52-card deck. Before cards are dealt, players must place their bets.
In Latvian mobile casinos, the rules of Three Card Poker are the same as in regular casinos. The first round is the ante, where players bet an amount of their choice. After the ante, the dealer deals three cards to each player. The dealer's cards are dealt face down. The player then looks at his/her cards and either folds or raises, depending on the strength of his/her hand.
If the player folds, the player loses the ante bet and the round ends. If the player raises, he/she must place an additional bet, which must be twice as much as the ante. The dealer then reveals his/her cards. The dealer's hand must have a queen high or higher to qualify. If the dealer's hand does not qualify, the ante bet pays out even money and the raise bet pushes.
If the dealer's hand qualifies, the hands are compared. If the player's hand is higher than the dealer's hand, the player is paid out on both the ante and the raise bet. If the dealer's hand is higher than the player's hand, the player loses both bets.
