Pai Gow is an ancient Chinese card game which is also known as double hand poker. The game is gaining popularity in Lebanon's mobile casinos and is quite easy to learn. The objective of the game is to make two separate hands out of the seven cards in a player's hand that will beat both of the dealer's hands. Each hand consists of two cards. The first hand is called the high hand and should be composed of five cards, and the second hand is the low hand and should consist of two cards.
To win in Pai Gow, a player's high hand must beat the dealer's high hand and the low hand must beat the dealer's low hand. If a player’s high hand and low hand are both superior to the dealer's respective hands, the player wins. If their hands are equal to the dealer's, the outcome is a tie.
