The game of blackjack in Spain, also known as 21, is played with 8 decks of 52 cards. Before the game starts, players must select their chip denomination. All of the chips must have the same value. The dealer starts the game by dealing one card to each player face up, and one card face down for himself. The goal of the game is to obtain a hand that is closer to 21 than the dealer's hand without exceeding 21.
Players must make decisions based on their two cards. The player can choose to ‘stand‘, ‘hit‘, ‘double down‘, ‘split‘, or ‘surrender‘. After all players have made their decisions, the dealer will reveal his face-down card. If the dealer's hand is 21 or less, the player will win if he has a higher hand than the dealer. If the dealer's hand is higher than 21, the player instantly wins. If the dealer's hand is equal to the player's hand, the game ends in push.
