Baccarat is a popular card-based game found in casinos around the world, and Ghana is no exception. The game consists of two hands, the player's and the banker's, each of which is dealt two cards. The cards are scored according to their face values, and the highest score wins the round.
To start the game in Ghana, players place their bets on either the player's hand, the banker's, or on a tie, which pays out 8:1. The player and the banker are both dealt two cards each. Aces are worth 1, 10s and face cards are worth 0, and all other cards are worth their face value. To win the round, the player or the banker must have a score closest to 9. If both hands have the same score, it's a tie.
In Ghana, the rules of baccarat are slightly different than in other countries. For instance, if the player's score is 5 or less, the player will receive another card. However, if the player's score is 6 or 7, they must stay. The same goes for the banker. If the banker's score is 7 or above, then the banker must stay.
